As a coach I love going in-depth, what are your motives, where is your ambition and how can you realize this? Together with you I search for new angles and opportunities, while keeping an eye on your pitfalls and inhibiting patterns. From a strong commitment I operate both intuitively and analytically. During this process, I will point out and pay attention to what is needed to achieve your goals.
At a young age I ran a family business for 15 years, after which I took some time off for a year-long sabbatical. After this I dedicated myself to coaching people holding entrepreneurial ambitions who had the desire to further develop themselves.
Which role suits you, how can you make the most out of yourself and how do you go about achieving that? How can you flourish in your work, being in balance with your environment and your personal life? Both when being employed by an organization, as well as being self-employed.
