I am a driven senior manager and executive coach with a passion for entrepreneurship. I have been managing professionals, teams, and organizations for over 22 years. Inspired by my Persian background and professional work experience, I have developed a leadership style in which I can bridge individual differences and connect people and organizations. Since 2022, I have been responsible for our branches in Eindhoven and Maastricht in the role of director.
