Then the following applies: failure is allowed ... in fact, it is a must! Experiment away! How do we do that? Together, step by step, goal-oriented and with a healthy dose of humor.

I have held various positions, such as policy advisor, project leader, program manager, team leader, Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, management trainee, supervisor, cook, trainer, manager, freelancer, etc. As a result, I’m knowledgeable about various roles, organizational layers, and the associated challenges.

I hold a flexible view on the world, problems, and approaches. That is partly because I have experienced different countries and cultures. A few examples are: the Netherlands, Afghanistan, Italy, and Russia. There are no silver bullets. What is assertive to one person is rude to another. The best approach and choice is one that is close to your heart and values. I will support you in that.
